What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For order values abve 50,00€ we offer free shipping. For lower order values the shipping rate is 4,95€.

How long will delivery take?

We try to deliver your products as fast as we can! If not stated otherwise for the selected product, the delivery time is 3 and 8 working days.

Which shipment provider do you use?

We work with DHL as shipping provider. By using the DHL Go Green option we can deliver our products CO2-neutral manner. Please find more information here: DHL Go Green.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we will send you an invoice together with your order confirmation via email.

Can I return products if I do not like them?

We have not yet implemented a return policy as we are a very young company with restricted financial ressources. Once we have grown, we will adjust our return policy. I am unhappy with my delivery. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that you have experiences problems with your delivery. Please reach our to us at se[email protected] and we will make sure to find a solution. 

Do you consider the environment when packaging products?

Yes! Besides using the CO2-neutral shipping with DHL Go Green, we are using paper boxes and envelopes for shipping products. We considered to wrap each product in extra paper or plastic before shipping it. However, as our vision is to protect the environment, we decided for to avoid producing additional packaging waste.
